The Maloney Girls Volleyball team continues to roll, improving to 7-and-1 on the season after a dominant 3-0 victory over crosstown rival Platt.
The Spartans took control from the opening serve, winning 25-12, 25-7, and 25-7 to sweep the Panthers.
Greta Koscuk led the attack with 8 kills and added 6 aces, while Maryam Machmech also recorded 8 kills. Setter Tessa Holmes finished with 14 assists and 4 kills, and Jenna Feitel contributed 5 kills and a team-high 7 aces.
Alina Colon added 4 aces and 6 digs as Maloney cruised to the straight-set victory.
With the win, the Spartans move to 7-and-1 on the season and continue their strong start to the 2026 campaign.
Next the Lady Spartans travel to Farmington High School on Friday night at 6:00.
