Congratulations to Lyric Knight who won the long jump, high jump and 55 meter hurdles at the Wilton Wright track and field invitational held at Southern Connecticut State University yesterday setting personal best in all three. Lyric broke her own school record in the long jump with a jump of 16'7 also setting a new meet record and resetting her own school record in the 55 hurdles with a time of 9.1 seconds. Lyric also cleared 5 feet in the high jump becoming just the 3rd athlete in school history to do so
