Boys basketball beat Plainville last night by a score of 56 to 54 and qualified for the state tournament with a record of 8 wins and 4 losses on the year. Vincent Martinez was the game’s overall leading scorer with 22 points.

Boys basketball beat Plainville last night by a score of 56 to 54 and qualified for the state tournament with a record of 8 wins and 4 losses on the year. Vincent Martinez was the game’s overall leading scorer with 22 points while  Garrison Kunst was solid in the post with 14 points and 10 rebounds and Rashawn Wilson added eight points of his own

Haley Lespier has been chosen as the 2020 Michael H. Savage Spirit of Sport Award. She becomes the 11th recipient of this distinguished yearly award, and as Connecticut’s selection she will go forward as a nominee for the National Federation

The wrestling team beat the Warriors of Windsor last night by a score of 60 to 15: The Spartans scored five pins and accepted five forfeits in notching the CCC interdivisional triumph in Windsor. Plumberg and Darel Rivera led the pin parade.
