Today’s lunch is Pasta with Marinara or Meat Sauce with a Twisted Breadstick

  • Please join us in the café for breakfast and Hot Cocoa on Marshmallow Mondays and Whipped Cream Wednesdays.  Hot Cocoa is only available for breakfast service in the cafeteria.
  • Congratulations to this year's Future Business Leaders of America State Competition participants.  Awards went to Alyssa Rosario 3rd place in Accounting 2 and Maha Naqvi who placed 2nd in Business Calculations.  Special recognition went to Olivia Giannone for her contributions to our chapter.  FBLA is a student organization open to all students who have any business or leadership related interests.



Do You like playing boardgames like monopoly, clue, or UNO? Like collecting cards from Yugioh or pokemon? Join the Table top club every friday from 2 to 3 PM in Ms. Sperry’s room. You are more than welcome to bring your own board game to share the experience.


Attention, all students must be under direct supervision of a teacher or coach or they must exit the building by 2:30 pm. Students not under the direct supervision of a coach must exit the building by 1:30 pm on Thursdays. Students in violation of this policy are subject to disciplinary action such as detentions and suspensions.


“Attention seniors: Graduation is only 56 school days away and it is time to order your cap and gowns! Please submit your order using the link on the Maloney high school homepage or see one of your advisors.  Cap and gowns are $20. Please see Mrs.McKee, Mr Savejs, Ms. Ronccioli, or Mr. Dehnel before or after school to hand in your money.”  Mixed bags fundraising packets are due this monday.


Seniors, you only have until March 29, that is only 16 days away, to get the 20 community service hours required. If you seek more information, please head to guidance and ask about community service hours.


The junior class is holding a clothing drive. Many teachers are giving  2 points extra credit to everyone that participates. The teachers are : Mr. Baron, Mrs. Valentin, (Mrs. “Scotch”), Mr. Halla, Mrs. Petroswky, Mr. Tyson, Mr. Mirabello,Mr. Gonzales, and Mr. Helland. 


Meriden Public schools are hosting a college fair on March 27 in the Maloney Cafeteria from 6 to 7 PM 



Attention all Juniors:  Take a picture of this SAT slide and send answers with work shown to Mr. Torda.  Correct answers will get a raffle ticket for Amazon Gift Cards!!!

Attention Freshman 


If you are interested or know someone who is interested in playing baseball this spring. Pass by the main office and place your name on the sign-up sheet.  Thank you for your support and show your Spartan Pride.


If anyone is interested in playing a Spring sport at Maloney you must register on Family ID prior to the start of the season. Please make sure your physical is up to date.


Also if any student are interested in after school weight training they should see Coach Frederick for more information. A permission form must be signed by a parent / guardian to workout.


Teacher’s won the Teacher vs Student game by a score of 66 to 43, to remain undefeated
